Kendra Gilbert

Kendra is a 1998 graduate of the University of New Orleans, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  After feeling a call early in college to become a Family Counselor, Kendra entered graduate school immediately after graduating with her undergraduate degree.  She received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2001.  Kendra has served as a mental health professional in both residential and out patient settings since graduation, and a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2003.   Kendra opened Beyond Today Counseling Center in 2006 as a solo practitioner, and then expanded in to a group practice in 2011.  She has also been providing supervision services to be interns and Associate Level Licensed Counselors since 2010.

Kendra is excited to expand in to the field of coaching, and believes her years of experience in the field of counseling have given her a great foundation for adding coaching to the services she provides.  Kendra will continue to offer counseling services at Beyond Today Counseling Center, and will be adding coaching and consulting as an adjust.  If you have any additional questions or would like to know a little more about Kendra, visit her website at kendragilbert.com
